At Kids 'n Training, every order is created with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make things right.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 
• Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process. 
• Returned items must be in their original condition. 

Because personalized artwork is custom-made, personalized items generally cannot be returned unless there is an error in personalization or the item arrives damaged or defective.

If we've made a mistake or your order was damaged during shipping, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If your return qualifies under our satisfaction guarantee, we'll also refund your original shipping charges.
